アプリを作った時のエピソード
自分にとって困難な事を、周りは意図も簡単に行っているのを見せられると、自分が社会から否定されているような気持ちになります。
困難に感じていることを自分の努力で補えるのであれば、何だって努力する覚悟はありました。当時、メタ認知、ワーキングメモリであったり、自己の困り感を払拭するワードが沢山見つかり、それを鍛え上げる事をしていましたが結局の所長続きしませんでした。
努力している自分がとても惨めになって、必死になって「人並み」になろうとしている自分がとても嫌になりました。自分にとって当時、人並みになれない自分とそれに葛藤していた自分を認める事ができていたら、生き辛さなんて感じなかったと思います。
自分は自分のままで、人並みになれない自分でいいという土台作りが一番重要だと思います。その土台が出来て、自分がより幸福になるためには、どういった努力が必要になってくるのか考えます。そこでワーキングメモリが必要なら、このアプリを使うなどして鍛えるのもいいと思いますが、「人並みになる」という悲しい目的意識があるのなら、大きな挫折しか生み出さないと思います。
アプリを作った経緯としては、単純な思いつきで、比較的に短いスパンで作れそうだなぁと思ったからです。当時、別のアプリを作っていたのですが、なかなか上手くいかず、簡易的なアプリを作って気持ちの切り替えが出来たらいいなぁと思って作りました。比較的単純にできるはずだったのですが、以前間違えたところで再度転げ落ちてしまい、結局挫折をしてしまいました。
せめての救いだったのは、開発段階の物を子供達が遊んでくれた事です。自分はこのアプリで何も面白いと感じた事はなかったのですが、子供達が笑ってるのを見て「なんでこんなアプリで笑ってくれるんだろう」と不思議に思いました。当時アプリの名前を適当に入れていたので、子供達がいる施設にちなんで名前をつけました。
